Foley Park offers primarily winter sports opportunities. It contains a town made skating rink, and a well known and loved sledding hill. Used for skating and ice-hockey during the winter, the skating rink converts to a basketball court during the summer months.
Situated off from NYS Route 22 this park is home to the Town's summer seasonal farmer's market (June to August). The park offers a grassy green for picnicking, and an over look which presents the downtown sector and the Boquet River Corridor. This is the Gateway to our community and a series of interlinked trail systems extending from this point to Essex, NY.
This historic river corridor park has a trail system that is planned to begin at the Gateway Park and extends past some of Willsboro's oldest buildings, to the reclaimed beauty of the Boquet River and former Black Ash site. Take a walk along the river, enjoy a picnic, take a turn at fishing along the flowing waters of the Boquet or launch your canoe or kayak at the boat launch for a ride to the mouth of the river at Lake Champlain.
BAKER'S PARK & LOCAL GOVERNMENT SITE
Baker's is located just behind the Town Government center. During the summer it provides a grassy green area with a paved walking path and playground facility for youth and families.
