What is Complete Streets?
It is an initiative that began in order to improve the walk-ability, and recreational access from center hubs, of rural and urban communities.
Why did the Town of Willsboro adopt the Complete Streets Policy?
The Town of Willsboro chose to participate in the Complete Streets initiative to better plan and improve areas of the community's downtown that are not currently accessible or appropriately adequate for walking/running/recreating.
