NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the undersigned, on behalf of the Town of Willsboro, will accept bids until Monday, May 11th, by 2:00pm for the Town of Willsboro Playground and Walking Path at Florence Hathaway Park.

PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE, that the Town affirmatively states that regarding any contract entered into pursuant to this notice, without regard to race, religion, age, national origin, disability, sexual preference, or veteran status, disadvantaged and minority or women-owned-businesses will be afforded equal opportunity to submit bids response hereto.
The project generally consists of construction of playground improvements, walking paths, site work, and associated improvements as shown on the Contract Drawings and as specified in the Project Manual.
Bid documents, including plans and specifications, may be obtained beginning April 20, 2026

No pre-bid meeting will be held.
Each bid must be submitted on the forms provided and shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount.
This project is subject to the provisions of New York State Labor Law Article 8, and prevailing wage rates apply. The prevailing wage rate schedule is included in the Contract Documents.
Effective December 30, 2024, all contractors and subcontractors submitting bids or performing construction work on public work projects are required to be registered with the New York State Department of Labor Contractor Registry pursuant to Labor Law §220-i.
A valid Certificate of Registration must be submitted with the bid. Failure to comply may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive.
The Town of Willsboro reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to award the Contract in the best interest of the Municipality.
