REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

CLOUD-BASED INTEGRATED MUNICIPAL ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATION SOFTWARE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Willsboro, Essex County, New York, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for a vendor-hosted, cloud-based, integrated municipal accounting and administration software solution.

The Town is seeking an integrated system providing municipal financial management, payroll, Town Clerk licensing and fee collection, water and sewer billing, property tax collection, budgeting and reporting, with optional permitting/code enforcement and property assessment capabilities.
