We’re excited to share some fresh updates to the Town of Willsboro website and how you can stay connected with what’s happening in our community!
🏠 Website Improvements
Here’s what we’ve added or improved to make our town site easier to use:
✨ New homepage alerts
A new maintenance message is displayed and encourages you to tell us what changes you’d like to see. (Updated 2/25/2026)
📈 Bigger, clearer logo and navigation
We’ve increased the size of the Willsboro logo and the menu fonts so it’s easier to read and navigate.
🔍 Search feature added
A site-wide search tool (🔍) is now in the header so you can quickly find what you’re looking for without clicking through menus. (Published 2/25/2026)
📄 Better Organization of Town Records
We heard your feedback — so we reorganized our public documents:
Town Board Minutes now have their own page - archive by year coming soon!
Planning Board Minutes also have a dedicated - archive by year coming soon!
Zoning Board Minutes were reorganized, redesigned and are now archived by year.
This makes it easier to find past meetings and decisions without scrolling endlessly.
📣 New & Updated Pages
We’ve built a few new spaces on the site to improve communication:
📰 News Page
A brand new News page will soon house official town posts like this one.
A summary of the latest posts will also appear right on the homepage for quick viewing.
🏪 Local Businesses Page
We renamed and refreshed the “Local Business Highlights” page to be just Local Businesses.
We are working to update our Business Directory to have the most up to date information.
🔧 Other General Updates (In Progress)
Some improvements are still underway — including:
Updated header layout (phone, email, and Facebook quick links)
Improved footer layout with organized sections like Address, Hours, and Talk to Us
Redesign of the homepage to include pertinent information available on the first page you see when you visit townofwillsboro.com
